Hi,

Is there a internationalized i18n number-to-text procedure available somewhere?

Any recommendations for making one that works with the acs-lang package?

What do you want to achieve? Something like [lang::util::num_to_text -number 9 -locale en_US] returns "nine" ?

yes.

I now see that sql-ledger has a fragmented one. I'll work on converting it if one does not yet exist.
