Hi,

Two questions really.

Has anyone had a go installing OpenACS on Oracle 10g? My understanding is that 10g is essentially 9i with grid stuff added in, although I may have dreamt that. Any known reasons why it wouldn't work?

Also, has anyone experimented with using our various components (aolserver, tcl, acs) to implement a tuple space server? Its something I'm looking at and would be interested to know if anyones looked at it already. (and of course would be happy to share their wisdom)

Hi Simon,
The issues we faced was with the stored procedures in 10G. Mostly name resolution of variables and procedures. But these were easily resolved by changing the naming convention and small fixes. We now have a production system running without any issues.
