As an afterthought: Use the ideas of other Open Source projects to fuel innovation and code extension into OpenACS. If we write up what could be done, it is easier to sell this to clients for payment (active selling of features the client might need). The competition section in the ACS design guides would be a good place as well as the outlook for the future.
