Do people think meeting reminders would help?
A simple thing we could do is set up a Forum called Meeting Reminders and create a thread for each meeting (.LRN, OCT). People could subscribe to the meetings they were interested in. A few minutes before a meeting started someone could post a reminder, sending email to everyone who has subscribed.
