Error when trying to connect to the pgsql database. This error can occur if you have no database to connect to, or if the password was incorrect.
Did you install Postgresql first, as suggested in https://openacs.org/xowiki/ubuntu?
If not, you should install it and purge/reinstall the openacs package.
