I tried changing things as you mentioned but what I observed when I tried to save the settings

I am not able to understand one thing when I am trying to modify things when logged in from internet (physically at a different location than where OpenACS server is ) I notice in URL bar http://localhost:8000 which obviously is not present from where I am accessing it.
I think I have missed some part in configuration let me know.
