There's no reason why you can't. I have used a variety of tools to connect to PostgreSQL using ODBC.

I installed Windows installer and tried to download the PostgreSQL ODBC driver. There are so many files in http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/. I went to ODBC/version directory, but there are still many files. Please tell me which one I should download.
