1: Trottle error is back again

H folks, I was installing XOwiki, installation went smooth, upon prompt I restarted aol server, but when it came back online I got the throttle error again. Here's the error log.

Can anybody shed some light into this problem and how to solve this.

Note.

I made a change in the Kernel, recently and deleted the :81 extension, as that's also mentinoned in the mails send out to confirm registration, whereas new users register to the url without that fancy enhancement. http://www.timedeskblog.com:81/

Could that cause part of the problem? Min you, when I had the same problem last week I didn't make that change.

ben, you have not only installed xowiki, but the xotcl request monitor as well. the request monitor requires libthread (see http://media.wu-wien.ac.at/download/README-xotcl-core). xowiki does not need the request monitor or libthread. so, you could either install libthread, or uninstall the xotcl request monitor.

My site is running again, however the error log still shows the mail lite problem . Any idea how to get rid of that one?

I received the Error "Invalid Command Name - throttle" and went to the forums for help, ALAS I found a discourse on the CVS System but could find no answer to the throttle problem.

Can anyone help?

You are running a package without the requirements. Specifically the xotcl request monitor which requires a specific thread library that you do not have installed. Uninstall the xotcl request monitor.
