Hi
The meeting included Emma, Olga, Rafael, Carl, Dave Bauer, Hamilton.

- release manager: dotlrn board to discuss it next week
- release process: dotlrn board to discuss it next week
- release status:

1. Install process: OK
2. Upgrade: 1.a problems with PG, 1.b problems with Oracle(?)
3. 13 Prio 1 bugs (all packages)
4. dotlrn: 2 PRIO 1 (2717 + 2808), 6 Prio 2 (1251, 1389, 1758, 2237, 2467, 2465)

dotlrn 2.2.0 to focus on dotlrn all
dotlrn 2.2.1 dotlrn-extras, unless e-lane can test and fix in sync with other packages

Follow release process as in Openacs:
https://openacs.org/projects/openacs/5.2/milestones

- Action items:
1. ask Andrew Grumet for new calendar release status
2. Emma to make list of packages in dotlrn-all and dotlrn extras and put names of maintainers to each. To be done in xowiki
3. Rafael: write document describing needs for Selva. Themes should be done for openacs and dotlrn, not separate. It requires someone in the core team to write TIPs and make changes in acs-subsites
4. Olga to write accessibility Level A bugs as Priority 2, and level AA as level 3.
5. Using Selenium tests in dotlrn: https://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=391440
6. IRC logger was not working. Needs fixing

Next meeting: same time next week

Hi,

I've created a xowiki page with the list of the packages included in each alias (dotlrn-all, dotlrn-extras): http://www.openacs.org/xowiki/pages/en/dotLRN+project

I want to link each package to its xowiki page. For non-core packages, the page name include the version number. Is there a way to figure out dynamically the version number for one package?
