Luis, most probably, you have an installation problem.
::xowiki::Page is a tcl command that is loaded through
xowiki-procs.tcl. If this is not available from a connection
thread, i would expect that you see at latest
error messages when loading the procs-file.
Have you xotcl and xotcl-core installed? on your system?
