I have installed all the software and the chat works well. The problems was xotcl compiling and installation, which i did incorrectly.
Thank you for your comments and help.
About the chat... this is a great job, i will research a little bit more to find how difficult and appropiate is the integration of this chat with IMS-LD conference service.
