Can we promote open source on oacs subsite??
Is there any place else plus the forums on oacs site that we can post this??

It's open source event. It's gonna happen here in my city Salvador, Bahia, Brasil, and some universities , young people and the open source community around are involved.

The News section of the site seems like an appropriate place to announce this and other open source conferences.
