Can I nominate Hamilton Chua? I am not a committer or active poster anymore.
I would like to nominate Gustaf Neumann.

I second Hamilton Chua too.

I respectfully decline but thanks very much for the nomination 😊
I second Gustaf's nomination.
I nominate Frank Bergmann
Folks, the rules linked to from the governance page above state: "Nominations do not require seconds."

Therefore I don't need to second Brian's nomination of Frank Bergmann, above. :)
