Has anyone worked with Google Co-op? It appears to be Google's entry into Social Searching.

Big Picture:
A large percentage of our clients in Education or who are creating learning communities need some sort of Resource Library or Knowledge Base
Sometimes its private (internal to a class, company or working group) but often the organization would like to make the information public and use it to lure interested parties to their site.
Have a resource library interact with Google and other social search engines seems like an interesting approach. I'm imagining we will use tags (categories) and the external APIs to create an interface where site users and administrators categorize content and updates Google Coop and perhaps other external search engines via their APIs.
I'm interested if anyone else in the community has thought about or implemented something similar.
