Thanks a lot for the ongoing support and welcome to the new OCT members, I really look forward working together.

BUT....

We should be concerned about the number of ballots. Which is why I would ask that we send reminders about voting out to all members who are elligable for voting once the voting has started and three days before the ballot closes (if they have not yet voted).

As a start I wrote a procedure to retrieve the list of users who have voted and who are allowed to vote but did not vote yet.

We now need some way to schedule that upon the start of the election an e-mail is being send to all voters and three days before the end of the election an e-mail is send to all those who did not vote yet. That is, if the OCT approves of such a measure 😊.

The number of ballots was 32, last election was 36.

How many people were eligible to vote?
