1: Problem w/ installing software from repository

Hi. I installed openacs 5.3.x (latest) using Aolserver4.0r10 on a SUSE 10.0 linux system and i got the following error when i tried to install software from repository.

My Choices were:
Main Site » Site-Wide Administration » Install Software

and when I clicked on "Install from Repository" i got this:
a Server Error

There was a server error processing your request. We apologize.

Take me back where I was (before the error)

error "Unterminated element" at position 246326
...

I looked into what is going wrong and it appears that the manifest.xml that is being downloaded is malformed.

I narrowed it down to the package "acs-templating". It appears that this element that describes this package, does not have an end "</package>". (this package comes right before "acs-translations")

Hope this help solves the bug faster.
