I am going to work on removing the package local master templates.
My plan is to rationalize the current package local
master.adp's first (so that they all expect title and context_bar
and optionally focus) and once they are all in about the
same state I am going to change the default master and remove
the package local masters (well, some will remain but primarily as
wrappers which set properties and such but emit no html of
their own).
I will post my progress here and any problems I run into.
