I don't have any objection to your package master. That seems fairly
workable as long as package writers honor the no markup by
default.
Doesn't the templating system already look for a file named
master.tcl/adp? If it can't be found then it uses the site-wide
master. I could be wrong but I seem to remember that was the case.
as long as the template was named master. If that is the case you
don't need to muck up any adp files with <src master=...>
I like the service contract idea on the other thread, but I don't
know how difficult it would be to implement.
