Hi,

Slightly off-topic this (apologies) but has anyone had any direct
experience with CherryPy (www.cherrypy.org) python based web server
thingumy?

I was wondering whether anyone can provide some sort of comparision
with AOLServer.

From first glances it appears to offer a neat simple install adn small
footprint (which is a requirement) but doesn anyone know of any other
benefits/drawbacks with it?

I should have added 'with the exception of database connection'.

I beleive CherryPy has some API or other (probably something noddy from the python world), but in this case a database is not required. Therefore I meant a comparision between AOLServer and CherryPy for serving dynamic (but not necessaily DB Backed) pages.
