I should have added 'with the exception of database connection'.
I beleive CherryPy has some API or other (probably something noddy from the python world), but in this case a database is not required. Therefore I meant a comparision between AOLServer and CherryPy for serving dynamic (but not necessaily DB Backed) pages.
