I hope to review/update the install docs at https://openacs.org/xowiki/openacs-system-install over the next week --combine some user created (and contributed) pages, move some user contributed content to their appropriate context to be more consistent etc.
Has the OCT decided where the "supported" standard location is for installing xotcl and tcllib in the context of the reference platform ( https://openacs.org/xowiki/openacs-reference-platform )?
