1: Can't find ANY mail processing module for 5.2.3b1

I'm running the above and cannot find, in CVS or otherwise, a functional 'SPAM' module to send email out to all members of my site.

I used to use the SPAM module in 3x and 4x versions.

Is there something I'm missing? I've downloaded the entire CVS for 5-0 (I think) and find nothing.

There is "Bulk Mail" which is used mostly with .LRN.
