Sloan has posted a RFP.

Bids are due by end of day on December 16. I will send bulk mail to everyone in the "photobook bidding" subgroup if we post revisions to any of the documents.
We appologize for the short notice and lack of comment period prior to the bidding period. We have a very tight deadline on this project and a very complex situation with internal clients.
The spec posted concentrates on the business requirements and is not meant to specify any specific technical approach. We are very interested in having a discussion on the technical issues involved and how the specific business requirements can be achieved while enhancing OACS and dotLRN. Please discuss these issues here and in the OACS development forum as appropriate.
