Forum OpenACS Q&A: Upgrading OpenACS for v7.2.x database ...

I found the Doc on moving from a v7.1.x -> v7.2.x database (https://openacs.org/doc/misc/openacs-pg-migration.txt), but, in the case presented in a previous thread, my client's issue appears to be that the OpenACS 4.x installed for him (from Apr 9th, 2002) isn't new enough to handle the v7.2.x database ...

Is there a doc on how to upgrade the OpenACS environment itself, that someone can point me to?

Marc, make sure you do this very very carefully. Make backups etc... and test it out before making the changes to the live site.

Upgrades are getting easier and easier, but they're still a pain.
