So what was the final decision on the package structure? I like the /templates idea, but what is the logic going to be on searching, if any?

The original proposal was: 

/tcl
/www
/www/admin
/www/resources
/templates

Revised proposal: /tcl /www /www/admin /www/public-resources /template /test

  • resources renamed to public-resources
  • automated tests move out of /tcl to reflect the fact that they may be broader and more general.

Joel: it sounds as if you're planning to incorporate some  interface in addition to acs-automated-testing? Would that be tclwebtest?
