I suggest we do a call for volunteers first.

I contacted MIT yesterday and asked if they could dedicate resources in the next week or two to work on Upgrade.  AL seemed positive as he feels this is work MIT has to do eventaully anyway.  They are assessing thier human and hardware resources before they can give us a definitive answer on who can help and on what time frame.

Can we think of, and contact directly, other organziations that plan to upgrade and might be willing to put some effort in now, prerelease?
