There has been work reducing the duplicative content and out-dated material among the documents. Perhaps this is a good time to try restructuring the related ones to a more integrated, dynamic format.
For example, link to the bugtracker's suggestions for suggested items, and bugtrackers's todo for items on the agenda. Given that bugtracker has scalability issues, maybe a new instance could be mounted somewhere for this.
Then I'd suggest starting a thread about what is an ideal community solution, where upon items are identified that could become part of a checklist of goals. The checklist would also be useful for periodically verifying progress.
