I've spent so much time surfing on the net, searching for a cheap registrar who can host an OpenACS website but I can't choose.
I haven't enough experience.
Does godaddy.com can host OpenACS (I mean, with SSH access via PuTTY, PostgreSQL, AOL server and so on...)?

Most hosting companies are not equipped to handle OpenACS on anything less than a dedicated server;

Therefore, the featured hosts on that link offer the most value for your hosting fees; You can work on a cost conscious virtual private server (VPS) and know that you will have competent staff on hand in addition to the technical resources provided via this website should there be any technical challenges.
