Package parameters:	UserIdReturnProc This should be a proc thar MUST return the user_id based on a key that its passed to that proc, the key is the <id> that identify the user through the IMS DTD, and should be unique as well. This proc also will be receiving as param "-authority_id $authority_id", since everything is related to that. The default will use the username as a key to link IMS and acs-authentication. (default acs_user::get_by_username -username, type string, scope instance) Levels values from grouptype: class the value in the xml file for identify the a class level in the group context (default 3, type number, scope instance) Levels values from grouptype: department the value in the xml file for identify the a deparment level in the group context. (default 1, type number, scope instance) Levels values from grouptype: subject the value in the xml file for identify the a subject level in the group context (default 2, type number, scope instance)
